We started as a small family business in 2006 and today we are proud to be one of the largest providers of home care services in the United Kingdom. In less than 5 years we have grown from one business to 50 delivering 50,000 customer visits every day.

Our Story
Grace Home and Health Care Agency is a provider of home care, also known as domiciliary care, Safety issues, and Welfare. We specialize in working with customers and their families who require social care in their own homes. We have our offices in the United Kingdom. We offer a unique service of tailored care visits from 30 minutes to full live-in support.
We work closely with our clients and their families to deliver the most effective level of care possible. We understand that everyone’s needs are unique, so we treat our clients as individuals and take great care to put together support packages that are flexible, cost-effective, and suited to every person’s requirements. We aim to provide the highest possible standards of care and to ensure our client’s rights and welfare are at the forefront of all decisions made.
Our commitment to quality has played an important part in our success. We now have nearly 10 offices in the United Kingdom. Grace Home and Health Care provides over 150,000 care visits at home every year. That’s over 1,500 care visits over 700 customers each day.
